Below is everything you need to know about how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
🌟 1. Digital Products
(E-books, audio files, printable cards, digital downloads)
✔ Delivered instantly to your email after purchase
✔ No physical shipping
✔ If you don’t receive your files or you have issues accessing them, email me at shirin@shirinschool.com and I will help right away
🌟 2. Physical Products – Print-on-Demand (POD)
(Cards, stickers, prints, merch fulfilled by Printify partners)
Most of my physical items are created especially for you when you place an order — this helps reduce waste and lets me offer more designs.
Processing Time
Production usually takes 2–5 business days depending on the item.
Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your location and Printify’s closest fulfillment partner:

US & Canada: 5–12 business days

Europe: 5–15 business days

UK: 5–12 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 7–18 business days

Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.
Customs & Import Fees
Some countries may charge customs fees.
These are the buyer’s responsibility.
Wrong Address
If the address provided is incorrect and the package returns or is lost, reshipping fees may apply.
Please double-check your address at checkout.
🌟 3. Physical Products Made by Me
(Original paintings, hand-prepared prints or packages, limited handmade pieces)
These items are prepared manually and with love.
Processing time is usually 3–7 business days.
Shipping times depend on your local postal service in Georgia or courier available.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Pre-ordered original paintings have their own timing and policies which will be dicussed by both parties before creation process starts.
🌟 4. Tracking Your Order
Most POD orders come with tracking.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
If tracking is unavailable for your region, I will notify you by email.
🌟 5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Damaged or Defective
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact me within 7 days of delivery:

I will arrange a free replacement.
Lost or Delayed
If your order has not arrived after the estimated time:

Email me with your order number

I’ll check with the fulfillment partner or postal service

If lost, a replacement will be issued depending on the situation
🌟 6. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains different products (e.g., cards + stickers + digital downloads), they may arrive separately because they may be produced at different Printify facilities.
🌟 7. Returns & Cancellations
Shipping is closely connected to the Return Policy:
✔ Digital products: non-refundable
✔ POD products: cancellations are usually not possible once production begins
✔ Handmade items: can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase
